Breaking Dawn vs A Midsummer Night's Dream Podcast (Week 22)

Hey there! We have had a busy week, but pulled through with a great podcast this week! I would like to say thanks to Becka for editing the show this week, so..."THANKS!" If it weren't for her the show might not have been posted until next week! (There probably wouldn't be much news either, if it weren't for the AWESOME volunteers we have posting all the good stuff! So, "THANKS!" to Chelsea, Krystal and Kelly too!)

Now on with the show... we have taken the quirky and magial story of A Midsummer Night's Dream, and discussed several of the ways that it might correlate with Breaking Dawn! There are SPOILERS about what we already know of Breaking Dawn, so this is your WARNING! We have also dedicated part of the show to The Host, Chapters 12-15! Our music this week is by Greg Laswell. The song is called The One I Love. At the end of the show there a few bloopers, and I also made sure to add some of the voicemails we recieved this week! With our crazy schedules we did not have time to incorporate them into the show, but I wanted to showcase a couple of them because they were fantastic!

Wuthering Heights vs Eclipse Podcast (Week 21)

First we peruse the news (including an interview with Werepire Kyle), then we talk about the parallels between Wuthering Heights and Eclipse using your answers to the question of the week! To top things off, we discussed a few Supporter Speculations! And don't forget, (Spoiler Alert!) we have a special segment on The Host, Ch. 7-11, at the end of the show! Breaking Dawn Ch. 1 Podcast

We could not help but put together a little pow-wow with a few Twilight friends and talk about the 1st Chapter of Breaking Dawn, as well as the book's cover! You will have to excuse some of the sound quality... with four people talking there are just so many things that have to be edited! (There will also be some funny outtakes from this show we can use later!) There is a song at the end of the show... I could not help but include a little music! It is a genre of music I normally don't listen to much, but the lyrics fit soooooo well, I could not help but share! The song is called Succomb, by Bassboosa.

Romeo and Juliet vs New Moon (Week 20)

This week we discuss Romeo & Juliet and New Moon. There are parallels with many of the characters, and we try to touch on them all! The answers for the Question of the Week were amazing, and I think everyone will love the Supporter's Speculation we chose! The song this week is a true find... "Ruin" by Buddahead. I think you will all really enjoy the lyrics, and how they just seem to go with New Moon! Finally, we spend some time talking about The Host, chapters 1-6! There is a "Spoiler Alert" at the end of the song to warn you, if you have not read The Host! I want to thank Becka this week for editing our "Host Segment"!

Pride and Prejudice vs Twilight Podcast (Week 19)

Supporter's Speculations Podcast (Week17)

This week's podcast was recorded live, in Frisco, while Kassie and I waited in line for tickets to go see Stephenie Meyer! The sound is not great, but pretty good considering the fact that we were outside, and in a line with hundreds of people. On this show we have help from some Twilight fans, we discuss your speculations and answers to the Question of the Week. Later this week, I will try to have a Bloopers Episode up, with our reports through the night, more thoughts from the fans, and maybe some crazy outtakes! This is a podcast dedicated to Edward and Bella! After last weeks lengthy Character Bios, we decided to cut this week’s bios short, so that we could read more answers to the Question of the Week! (And, don’t think we forgot the Supporter’s Speculations!) I have to admit, we recorded this pretty late at night, and you will be able to tell we are tired towards the end of the show…we get a bit silly! (I have also thought about putting together a little Bloopers podcast, but haven’t had the time, so this week I left a little funny ending on the show…it is Kassie and I saying goodbye, in so many words!) The music this week is a slower tempo than you are used to, but it is a beautiful song called Takes A Lot Of Love by Runaway Dorothy! I hope you enjoy this week’s poodcast!
