What was very exciting for me is that my church invited me to tell them about what the Lifespring! Media family is all about. My church has decided to support Lifespring! Media as a missionary outreach, and i am so honored.

I have to apologize for the audio quality during my presentation. While I was speaking, I obviously was not able to monitor the recording, and there is an echo that you're going to hear. We've been having a terrible audio problem recording at the church. The sound for the sanctuary, or audiorium, was fine, but no matter what I did, I couldn't track down the source of the problem. I spent many, many hours troubleshooting, trying to isolate the culprit. Last week, I finally called a friend of mine here in southern California who is in the business of designing sound and entertainment systems . He's done amusement parks, concerts, even been involved with the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. We used to work together at a radio station, long ago in another life, or so it seems.

Bottom line is that he found the source of the problem. We're back! I hope to be able to bring a much more regular schedule. We are now videotaping the sermons, instead of streaming the video. The sermons will be available for viewing usually by Tuesday. I encourage you to check them out at Lifespring.tv , or you can also get to them at LifespringMedia.com .

Now, in this week's message, Pastor Steve O'Brien talks to us about a banquet, and those who are invited to the banquet. Some of the message is primarily aimed at our local church here in Riverside, Ca, but I think you'll definitely get some great life application material for your own life, too.

I invited Miss Karmyn Tyler to come and sing some worship songs for us, and she accepted the invitation. Thank you so much, Karmyn. My son Matt Webb, of the group Exploder, got permission from his church worship director, where he normally plays bass on Sunday mornings, to come and accompany Karmyn on the guitar.

For the preaching, I asked the Rev. Jimmie Bratcher, one of the first artists I ever played on my Lifespring show, way back in November, 2004, to come out from his home in Kansas City, MO. Jimmie is an awesome blues/rock guitar player and songwriter, and a fine preacher, too. Jimmie cane with a heart for ministry, not because he was being paid, because I had nothing to offer him in that regard. Obviously, making the trek from Kansas city, MO, to Ontario, CA is no small commitment, especially when you consider that he brought two of his band members to play for the Friday night concert, and then a concert at my church on Sunday evening.

Jimmie, may God bless you real good for your sacrifice, brother.

One thing you have probably learned in listening to Lifespring! Sunday is that the style of preaching varies greatly. Last week we had our 22 year old youth pastor, Johnny Diaz do a wonderful portrayal of the apostle Peter.

Today we hear two people from an entirely different generation speak. While the style is night-and-day different from last week’s message, I think you’ll be moved and effected by these wonderful servant of the Lord.
