Hi everyone, hope you are all well?

It's been abit of a tiring week for me, with little or no time off to myself. But its all been very worthwhile. Firstly there is the day job and going to work, then I have also been helping to support a very dear friend who sadly lost his dad last week, quite suddenly. My sympathy and thoughts also go out to his mum and brother. At times like this we reflect on what we have achieved so far in our lives and what we want to happen in the future. We are a mear speck in time, but we can make a difference and touch the lives of people around us for the better.

Lets all think of how we could change our lives to help others, to make a difference, not to take glory or recognition, but to be good people and help those who need it most.

This podcast is about the paranormal and things that are strange but true in the world, but it also has a spirituality context of helping those in this world and the next.....

**And we send love and happy thoughts to Charles Ruddock my friend and a reporter for Strange But True who has been told he has terminal cancer.

I write this in a state of shock that my good friend Charles is in failing health. For the last month Charles has been fighting off Lukemia Cancer, until a month ago everything was clear and he was very fit and healthy. This week doctors told him his cancer was terminal and he had only months to live. He is 30, loves life to the full, he has travelled to places of the world I could only dream of visiting. I have spent Saturday trying to come to terms that he may no longer be with us on this side of life, he is very brave and I hope he doesnt suffer, I would love a miracle to happen and that he gets better. Although he has only appeared on the show a couple of times, I would very much like listeners of the show to send him some warm, loving emails I can read out to him when I next visit. I would very much appreciate this to make him feel that there are lots of people thinking about him and he isn't alone. Please send them to news@strangebuttrueradio.com
