It was a beautiful cold morning, a layer of fresh snow on the ground, the sun out and clear blue skies - a beautiful morning for a run. I took a better camera on my run than usual and got some really nice pictures.

You can see them individually here , or in a slide show here

The camera also has a video facility, so I had a go at doing my first video podcast.

I also did some audio at the same time, so hopefully in the next few days I'll have the usual length audio podcast as well. Apologies for the poor audio in parts - and like Adam Tinkoff says, you can see I have the perfect face for radio :)

Well, hope you had a great holiday break. I attended a family party and was told that I was looking too thin and shouldn't lose any more weight !! Its amazing how people's perception of 'normal' weight has changed - I'm still slightly over a BMI of 25 (normal), so there's no way you could say that I am thin ! :)
