Really Dangerous Chocolate Pudding made with avocados. Yes, now you can have your pudding for breakfast! Your kids will LOVE this! Raw living foods that taste naughty but are good for you. <a href="http://www.rawpirategourmet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/really-dangerous-choc-pudding1.pdf" target="_blank" title="Chocolate Pudding recipe pdf">Download the pdf for Chocolate Pudding. </a></p> <p><strong>Really Dangerous Chocolate Pudding</strong> <br /> <br />6-8 dates soaked (keep the water) <br />1 1/2 T vanilla <br />2 - 3 T agave nectar <br />2 - 3 ripe avocado <br />1/2 c raw carob powder <br />1/4 c raw chocolate powder <br />1/4 c cacao nibs <br />1 ripe plum <br /> <br />2 mint leaves (optional) <br /> <br />Using a food processor, process dates, vanilla and agave until smooth. (if you like your foods extra sweet or you're making this for kids, you can add a little organic Grade B Maple Syrup.) <br /> <br />Next, add in the avocado, chocolate powder and carob. Add the cacao nibs (to taste) and plum to the mixture and process.  <br /> <br />At this point you can check your pudding to see if the consistency is right. This time, it's salad. Super fast and easy. Sea vegetables are incredibly good for you and taste amazing in this salad recipe! Get ready to enjoy a great, big bowl of seaweed salad tonight! <a href="http://www.rawpirategourmet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/seaweed-salad.pdf" target="_blank" title="Seaweed Salad recipe pdf"> Download the pdf for Seaweed Salad. </a> </p>  <p> SEAWEED SALAD <br /> <br /> 1 cup of kelp (soaked for 3 hours or more in filtered water) <br /> 1 granny smith apple (or other green apple) <br /> 1/2 red pepper <br /> 1 baby bokchoy <br /> 1/2 cucumber <br /> 2 green onions <br /> <br /> Chop all the vegetables into bite size pieces. Put veggies into large salad bowl. Drain seaweed and add to salad mixture.  <br /> <br /> DRESSING <br /> 2 cloves garlic <br /> 1 inch piece of ginger <br /> 1 red serrano pepper (or other hot pepper) <br /> 1 lemon juiced <br /> 1/4 t sesame oil <br /> 1 T nama shoyu <br /> 1 T agave nectar <br /> <br /> Finely chop garlic, ginger and serrano. Grind with pestle and mortar. Add liquids and mix well. Seaweed crackers are amazingly delicious and once you've mastered the recipe, you'll be making these all the time! They're that good! <a href="http://www.rawpirategourmet.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/seaweed-crackers.pdf" target="_blank" title="Seaweed Crackers recipe pdf">Download the pdf for Seaweed Crackers. </a></p> <p><strong>Seaweed Crackers</strong> <br /> <br />1 cup of sprouted Buckwheat Groats <br />1 cup of sprouted Sunflower Seeds <br />1 cup of packed Kelp (soaked over night) <br />2 Tablespoons of soak water (from Kelp) <br /> <br />3 cloves of garlic <br />1/3 cup of Green Onion <br />1/3 cup of Nama Shoyu <br />2 Tablespoons Olive Oil <br /> <br />Mix groats, seeds, kelp and soak water in food processor. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Keep scraping down the sides to make sure it's mixed! <br />Spread onto teflex sheets in dehydrator and dehydrate at 110 for 8-12 hours. <br /> <br />Flip over and remove sheets. Continue dehydrating at 110 for another 4-8 hours.  <br /> <br />This will create enough for approximately 2 trays in the dehydrator. With berries and almond milk, this is a great start for your day!</p>  <p> <a href="http://rawpirategourmet.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/rpgrecipecinnamonapplebuckwheat03.pdf" target="_blank" title="Cinnamon Apple buckwheat Groat Cereal -raw foods are good!"> You can download the sexy pirate pdf printable version of the Cereal recipe here! </a> </p>  <p> <font size="2"> <u> <strong>  Cinnamon/Apple Buckwheat Groat Cereal</strong> </u> </font>  <br /> <br /> 3 cups soaked and sprouted buckwheat groats <br /> 1 cup soaked and sprouted sunflower seeds <br /> 1/2 teaspoon grated cinnamon or ground cinnamon <br /> 1 finely chopped apple <br /> 3 T agave nectar <br /> 1/2 cup of organic raisins <br /> 1/4 cup of organic blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries. <br /> <br /> Mix all ingredients except raisins and blueberries in a bowl. Spread onto teflex sheet in dehydrator and dehydrate at 115 for 12-24 hours.  <br /> <br /> Add raisins and blueberries, pour almond milk on top and enjoy! <br /> <br /> **Raisins and berries are really 'to taste'. If you love raisins add a ton of them. Berries can depend on what's in season and is available in your area. Pesticide sprays really seep into berries so be sure to only use organic when it comes to any sort of berries. </p>  <p> <font size="2"> <u> <strong>  <br /> Almond Milk</strong> </u> </font>  <br /> <br /> 2 heaping Tablespoons of raw almond butter <br /> 2 cups of filtered water <br /> 1/2 organic vanilla bean or 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract <br /> 1 - 2 Tablespoons of agave nectar (to taste) <br /> Pinch of sea salt <br /> <br /> *Optional: You can add a ripe banana if you want it a little sweeter and thicker and, of course, banana flavored.  <br /> <br /> Blend on high in vitamix or blendtec.  </p>  ]]></description>
