Season Finale- Detective Dekker is held against his will as the true mastermind is revealed. Captain Riley holds Detective Williams responsable for finding his partner. Former Detective AJ makes her move to put her demons to rest as Detective Mitchell tails her for safety. The FBI is close to bringing down Bryce and his crew as a sting is set in place. Deputy Director Agent Quinn ( Adam Curry ) has strict orders for the Port City Police Dept to stay at arms length and not get involved in their operations. This is the season finale with a shocking ending that leaves everyone guessing.
