The first was in a LA night club, where she strolled into the kitchen and helped herself to 2 bottles of expensive champagne, she was mortified when handed a bill, and after a lot of tears and moaning, she ended up having to phone a friend for her credit card details. The second was at the launch of a new watch collection, where she was paid to attend and given £600 worth of vouchers, you’d think that would be enough, but obviously not, as she tried to leave with £9000’s worth of merchandise!

Things could be getting ugly for Betty, insiders say after a new rating’s low, she could be facing the chop. Writers have apparently already accepted this and have started brain-storming for a ending. Unless the ratings dramatically change, we could be seeing the last of Betty this may.

Penelope Cruz’s attempts of avoiding questions about her relationship with Javier Bardon are getting ever more painful. The latest on David Letterman, where she asked her if she was engaged – she squirmed around refusing to answer the question saying she was allergic to talking about it…

Last week we told you that Jennifer Lopez had successfully barred her ex-husband Noah from releasing intimate tapes of the couple, but it appears she’s not finished yet. Noah’s manager fears for his safety, saying he is being followed by J-Lo’s men. Sources close to J-Lo don’t deny this, saying that he may have been followed by a process server, seeking to hand him legal documents!

Villain of the week is Nicolas Cage, who recently blamed his financial advisor for taking him to the brink of bankruptcy. His financial advisor has opened up, saying that Nicolas, in 2007 alone, bought 3 homes worth 21million, 22 cars, 47 pieces of art and a navy of yachts, and no financial advisor could cope with that.

Hero of the week is Anna Friel who kept her composure after an audience member watching her perform Breakfast at Tiffany’s vomited over the balcony onto the heads of 8 people below. Their was quite a commotion, but Anna soldiered on.
Villain of the week is the British Prime Minister who is now considering himself an ex-factor officionado and passing official comment on the acts, claiming that John and Edward are ‘not very good’! Really Mr Prime Minister??

Despite her recent stint in rehab, we hear that it isnt Mischa Barton that the producers of 'The Beautiful Life' are concerned about, its her co-star Elle Macpherson. One insider simply said that she aint no Judi Dench and the problem with the show is that they've hired too many models and they all need acting coaches- Elle Macpherson in particular, because she has a major role. So it seems a habit of 'tweet-denial' is occuring, where celebs claim they're twitter accounts have been hacked or hyjacked and they weren't responsible for 'that inappropriate tweet at 4 last night'. Lindsey Lohan for one is in 'tweet-denial' about the Sam Ronson cheating comments...

Jessica Alba seems to have got away with the shark poster attack on public buildings. It turns out she postered over a advert for childrens charity 'United Way'. Officailly Alba has made an apology and unofficailly a generous donation to the charity.

Game 4 of the NBA Championships was overshadowed by the uncomfortable situation generated by Rhianna and Chris Brown. Apparantly after checking Chris wasnt going, Rhianna got tickets to see the game. Unfortuneately Brown waited until the last minute to make sure she WAS going, before getting his tickets and turning up. Rhianna was visibly upset. Creepy Chris, very creepy.
