How come Aaron - who, in my view, was a stretch to include in the Oceanic Six in the first place - did not have to return? Perhaps his non-returning was responsible for some of our people landing in 1977 and the rest in 2007 - but we need more of an explanation...

Lost 5.9 is a another excellent, all-island episode. It's now clear who is in 2007 and who in 1977, all on the island, which raises the question of why? What happened in that new plane crash? The answer will provide some important clues. And it's good to see Ben again as a boy, and that ticking time bomb in his mind... as well as some other much younger versions of The Others...

We also get some excellent Darma-time back story, filling in some good details on their relationship to the Hostiles, and what led to the Hostiles' alliance with Ben.
