This is a special edition episode, which I'm cross-posting into both my feeds to help all of you understand a bit of why I've been so sparse in posting lately.

It's basically a quick little essay I wrote, chronicling the day my family and I finally scattered my father's ashes, as per his last wish.

So, in this show I let y'all know a bit about what happend over the Christmas season, and a few thoughts on what Christmas is like in a small town.

In the Overhaul, I take a look at one of hte most made New Year's resolutions out there, namely the one to lose weight.  I also offer some pointers that have worked for me in terms of sticking to a weight loss plan.
