As we've previously reported, Bynes has been getting into some serious trouble over the past few months, receiving DUI's and even getting her license suspended.

But that hasn't stopped the child star from getting in the driver's seat.

Tuesday afternoon, Paparazzi followed Bynes as she drove aimlessly for hours, and was spotted smoking out of  what appears to be a marijuana pipe in her car.

Amanda's little device is designed to look like a car cigarette lighter, but it wasn't fooling anyone considering she drives a brand new BMW, and lighters in cars were discontinued a long time ago.

Amanda started her journey where she stopped at Baja Fresh after getting the munchies, and continued on to the spa.

3 hours later, she got back into her car, and continued driving without a purpose, sometimes cutting off other drivers and violating various traffic laws.

Her last stop was at Home Depot, where she purchased colored light bulbs for her black light poster room back at her mansion.

This is the first child for the couple, who tied the knot back in 2011 on Richard Branson's private Island in the BVI's.

Just a week off the premier of the revamped season of the X Factor, NBC pulled a fast one on Fox.

Reportedly, when the couple married, Kelsey was rather broke, due to a serious drug problem during the beginning of Frasier.

Camille was then put in charge of the money, which now gives her a right to the earnings.

The Green Mile actor suffered from a heart attack back in July, and has since been undergoing treatment.

According to TMZ, the actor was without oxygen for about 5 minutes, before his girlfriend Omarosa was able to restart his heart with CPR.

The lack of oxygen proved to be fatal, after suffering from kidney, pancreas and high blood pressure issues.

Duncan was expected to be released from the hospital, and was reportedly set to marry Omarosa this coming January.

Michael Strahan, the former defensive end for the New York Giants, greeted a whole sea of viewers Tuesday morning.

G and B have been trying for a baby for years now, and after Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer, the chances of her getting pregnant greatly decreased.

The couple decided that in order to get their child, they had to go through a gestational carrier, meaning the baby is biologically both his and hers.

Giuliana released a statement to E News, saying "Bill and I are blesses beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives… we are so in love with the little guy already"

Bill cut the umbilical cord minutes after Edward arrived, and Giuliana was the first to hold him.

We couldn't be happier for the new parents.

Sunday, Snooks took to twitter to tell fans how much she is already enjoying parenthood, writing "I am SO in love with my son, Lorenzo Dominic."

The couple announced in March that they were expecting, AFTER rumors that Snooki had previously shut down.

The morning show host announced Monday that her last day at GMA will be this coming Friday, as she begins her medical leave.

Early Friday morning, the boxing champ was released from a jail in Vegas, where he served about 2 months of his 3 month sentence.

Floyd was convicted of domestic violence after he got into an altercation with his baby mama back in 2010.

A spokesperson for the LVPD said Mayweather was released early due to good behavior behind bars.

But he's not quite all the way off the hook just yet. Floyd was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service and has to complete a 12 month domestic violence program, both of which he has completed half.

Paris, Prince and Blanket as well as the Jackson estate, are all on board with the decision.

But Katherine hasn't given up fighting yet. She will file a motion to reinstate her as the children's legal guardian.

Hopefully this family can get their problems figured out before the eldest turns 18.

Michael's mother went missing for a few weeks, and finally returned home Monday to a house full of family issues.

According to TMZ, Michael's siblings, Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and TIto, kidnapped Katherine in an attempt to get Michael's estate executors changed.

For the past 3 years, Katherine has been the legal guardian to michael's children, who were left unsupervised for the weeks that she had gone missing.

The Jackson siblings were able to break into Katherine's house to take the children Monday afternoon.

This has all been part of a 3 year plan to get the executors of Michael's estate changed, even though none of his siblings were in his will to begin with.

The current executors will go to court to seek an emergency guardianship of Michael's 3 kids, who they feel are in danger without supervision,

Meanwhile, Michael's siblings continue to fight over his money, that they will surely not get.

All wins from 1998 to 2011 will also be vacated, making Joe Paterno fall to the number 12 all time coach, from the number 3 spot. His statue was immediately taken down off the campus premises. 

Luckily, for the players, they are allowed to transfer out of the university to any other school, as soon as possible.

They are also allowed to quit the football team and keep their scholarships while pursuing a degree at Penn State.

While the athletic program is on probation for the next 5 years, players are dropping out like flies.

And up next, the Colorado mass murderer has been unveiled.

James Holmes, the man who killed and injured a total of 70 people at the Dark Knight midnight showing on Friday, appeared in court for the first time Monday morning.

Holmes is facing 12 counts of first degree murder and the formal charges will be filed next Monday.

Due to the nature of the charges, Holmes is being kept in jail on a no-bail hold. He has also been ordered to NOT contact any victims families.

Joining Holmes on the stand was his lawyer, a public defender. 

While he didn't speak during the arraignment, Holmes seemed to be sedated, making bizarre movements with his eyes and forehead.

It's unclear what position the defense will take next week, but we will keep you posted with the latest updates along the way.

According to reports, she actually bumped her head on the concrete and immediately began throwing up following the fall.

Staff surrounding her thought she may have a concussion, so they sent her off to the hospital.

And coming up next, actor Michael Clarke Duncan has been hospitalized.

Early Friday morning, Duncan went into cardiac arrest and may have died if it wasn't for the help of his girlfriend, Omarosa Stallworth.

The apprentice star noticed her boyfriend wasn't conscious and immediately performed CPR. 

She was able to resuscitate the 54 year old, and he was transported to a nearby hospital where he was admitted to the ICU.

Doctors say Duncan's heart is now stable and Omarosa is by his side.

According to Us Weekly, Katie pulled a Jason Bourne type move and purchased a disposable cell phone to plot her divorce without detection from Tom and his team.

Katie reportedly used the phone to reach out to Tom's ex, Nicole Kidman.

Holmes found some support with Nicole, considering she's been there and done that.

Although its been kept very hush hush, Kate and Nicole have had a friendship since the beginning of TomKat back in 2006.

Kidman offered up her support and help so Katie could flee from the Scientologists as quickly as possible.

And up next, Charlie Sheen could be returning to network television. The Anger Management star tells TMZ that he would be interested in joining the judges panel for the next season of American Idol.

A few days back, Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe said he would love for Sheen to join the show, although its not clear if he was joking.

Charlie said that if FX signs off on the deal AND the money is right, he'd gladly go over to Fox. 

After all, J Lo Did prove how much Idol can actually move your career in a positive direction.

Sheen would also want Idol to match part of his salary to be donated to charity. 

So has Charlie cleaned up his act enough to return to prime time? We'll just have to wait and see.

While many details of the settlement are being kept private, word is, Katie has gotten primary custody.

Originally, Holmes was seeking out sole custody, but there was no way Tom was going to let that happen.

In fact, while Suri will live with Mom in New York, Tom will have generous visitation privileges

There are however, some very complicated clauses, outlining what both Tom and Katie can and cannot do with Suri, one being no conversations about religion.

Kourtney had an all natural birth, and her new mini-me tipped the scales at just 7 pounds 14 ounces.

This is the couples second child together, but will this birth be displayed on TV just like the first?

Just a couple weeks ago, Kourt told Jay Leno that she's not sure if they will air the special moment, but they will film it just in case.

Kourtney wants women to know that not all births are crazy women screaming like in the movies.

While we here aren't necessarily thrilled to see Kourtney birth on tv again, we are quite happy that she didn't continue the K trend with her own family.

According to Katie's lawyer, the former couple has settled their divorce just less than 2 weeks after Katie filed the papers.

Jonathan Wolfe tells TMZ, "This case has been styled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch and she embarks on the next chapter of her life"

Over the past few days, Tom and Katie have been involved in a marathon negotiation, with Tom's conditions being that he needs "meaningful and significant contact with Suri"

Wolfe added, "we thank Tom's counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution"

Thursday afternoon, rumors flew around the mill that JB and his girlfriend have had an on again, off again relationship for the past couple months.

Friday evening, the jury on the Sandusky trial reached a verdict, finding Jerry guilty of 45 of the 48 counts he was charged with.

Sandusky is most likely going to spend the rest of his life behind bars, and the inmates welcomed him with a little tune.

The former football coach was taunted with the tune of Pink Floyd's Another Brink the the Wall, shouting out "Hey, teacher, leave those kids alone"

A 22 year old guy that was in the facility that night told The Daily that the inmates ruthlessly chanted those lyrics all night long.

Sandusky is currently awaiting his sentencing behind bars, but faces up to a maximum 442 years in prison.

And up next. the iconic Jeopardy host, Alex Trebek, was admitted to Cedars Sinai hospital after suffering a mild heart attack.

Saturday afternoon, Trebek experienced his 2nd heart attack in just 5 years. Luckily, he is expected to make a full recovery in just a matter of weeks.

Sony Pictures Television released a statement Sunday saying "He is expected to fully recover and be back at Jeopardy! when production begins taping in July for the shows 29th season.

Trebek has been with the show since 1984 and will stay on until his contract runs out in 2014.

Yes, we are just now finding out that Tony Parker was indeed at that infamous New York City club the night of the fight, and now he wants a big chunk of money for his injuries.

Apparently, while bottles were being thrown, a chunk of glass flew right into Parker's eye and scratched his cornea. This apparently is worth 20 million dollars because it could affect his career in the NBA and his shot at playing in the olympics.

Parker claims the club was negligent for allowing the brawl to even happen. The lawsuit alleges that the club manager knew there was bad blood between Drake and Brown but continued serving both parties lots of alcohol, just asking for a blowout brawl.

Now Tony wants a big payout for his inconveniences, but we wonder what those girls bleeding from their heads have to say about this…

And up next, Justin Bieber's home school education was put on display Thursday evening on the Late Show with David Letterman.

From the beginning of the interview, Dave was heckling the Biebs about all his tattoos, advising him to not go nuts with the ink. Dave said "more and more tattoos makes you look like a mural in the Sistine chapel.

A judge has ordered that the actress shell out nearly a quarter of a million dollars annually, to her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, for child support.

That comes out to about $20,000 a month.

Although Nahla is already four years old, this is the first time child support has been issued by a judge.

Both sides are still at war, and Halle is continuing her plans to whisk baby Nahla away to Paris with her man Olivier.

The DA will make the decision on whether JB gets charged with misdemeanor battery or not. 

After the incident, the BIebs fled town to do his worldwide promo tour, so he has yet to speak with LA police about the incident.

But now, the case is up to the DA, so if he's a Belieber, it looks like JB will walk away charge free.

The couple was leaving the New York courthouse with a marriage license in hand, when all of a sudden Alec got into it with a Daily News staffer, Marcus Santos.

Santos claims that Baldwin repeatedly shoved him and punched him, even landing one in his chin.

But of course, Alec denies the allegations, tweeting that a photographer almost hit him with his camera Hash Tag All Paparazzi Should Be Water Boarded.

We wonder now how his finace feels about that marriage license in his hand.

And up next, Kim Kardashian subpoenas her ex's ex. Kris Humphries just recently split from his Kardashian look-alike girlfriend, Myla And now Kim wants to talk to her.

Myla and Kris had been dating since mid-january, just two months after Kim called off their marriage.

This could be a factor against Kris's claims that the marriage was fraudulent because devastation usually lasts longer than a couple months.

Kim's lawyer also wants to find out if he mentioned anything to Myla during pillow talk that could blow his case out of the water.

Myla's lawyer has accepted the subpoena and plans on handing over details about hundreds of text messages and emails exchanged between the two.

The former Osbournes star told People Magazine that he was diagnosed with MS about a month ago, just two weeks after his baby girl Pearl Clemintine was born.

Osbourne went to the doctor to determine the cause of a 60% vision loss in his right eye.

Unfortunately, MS harms the central nervous system and symptoms may vary in their severity. The disease is not curable, but treatable.

Murray wants to serve out his time in the big house because he's being treated like dirt. He only gets fresh air once a month and disgustingly only gets a fresh pair of underwear once a week

As a result of the alleged neglect, Murray's health is in poor shape, with dirty skin nails and hair and constant headaches, that he thinks may be a tumor.

Murray reportedly told his lawyer he thinks the system is out to kill him, so he very well may die in county jail. If only he had some proprofol to make it go faster.

At a New York City club Wednesday night, both Breezy and Drake's crews went at it, throwing punches and smashing bottles over each other's heads

The NYPD confirmed that the singers' people got into a fight in which 5 people were injured, but none were arrested. 

In fact, both Drake and Chris were safe and sound at home by the time cops rolled up.

Breezy tweeted this photo of himself, showing a gash in his chin caused by a glass bottle, which we hope Drake caused.

Hill was pronounced dead at an LA hospital Tuesday after suffering from a long term, undisclosed illness 

The 1990's classic, Goodfellas was based on Hill's life as a mobster in New York.He was famously portrayed as the main character, Ray Liotta.

In recent years, Hill was focused on mending relationships with his estranged family and friends. 

He leaves behind two children and a girlfriend.

Although Hill lead a life as a mobster, he prided himself on reforming later in life.

Vanessa Bryant will not sign the documents to make her divorce final, because she and Kobe are on the track for reconciliation.

The couple is trying to work out their issues that caused Vanessa to file back in December.

The two are spending a bunch of time together, but Kobe has not been given the go ahead to move back into one of his three houses he gave to her once she originally filed.

Kobe and Vanessa have had their ups and downs since she filed, and Vanessa could still call the whole thing off.

Good thing Kobe knows how to play ball, because Vanessa's got home court advantage.

The Department of Health and Senior Services in Nutley New Jersey announced on Tuesday that its fining City Tropics Tanning for UV exposure violations.

The company was letting customers tan more than the legal weekly limit for UV exposure.

Although we could already tell that by looking at Tan Mom, its just now been confirmed.

The tanning salon plans on fighting the $5200 charge in court if necessary.

So moral of the story, just use fake tanner.

According to the police, Scout was drinking a Pakistani beer in Union Square Monday night.

When cops approached her, she flashed them an ID under the name Katherine  Kelly.

After further questioning, Scout couldn't take the lies anymore and finally fessed up, admitting her real identity.

She was booked for criminal impersonation and an open container. 

Scout is currently studying at Brown University, which explains her lack of supervision.

She was released Tuesday morning without bail.

Back in 2010, Baldwin sued Costner for claiming that he had duped him into selling shares in a company that made bank 

Baldwin says Costner and his business partner knew that the company was about to score big when selling the machines to clean up the BP oil spill.

Well apparently they didn't fill Mr. Baldwin in on the information, and he sold his stock.

Soon after, the company scored $52 million dollars, and now Baldwin wants half.

It's hard to tell if there is actually any information that can take Costner down, but we'll keep you updated along the way.

Biebs apparently knocked himself out cold after running into a glass wall during a concert in Paris.

In between songs Justin walked back stage and straight into glass, leaving him unconscious for several scary seconds. However, after waking up, JB realized the the show must go on and went on stage to finish his set.

Doctors say he suffered a concussion but will be just fine.

Charlie Sheen's ex is currently on probation for her cocaine bust back in December, but that didn't stop her from relapsing yet again.

According to X17, Charlie and Brooke went on a 4 day bender which spiraled her back into rehab.

Although the conditions of her probation state that she cant use drugs or alcohol, the state of Colorado will not consider this a violation.

The DA says none of Brooke's test showed up dirty, nor was she picked up on drug charges.

The thieves made off with a pair of vintage sunglasses her father gave her just before he died.

That's not all, Kim is also missing some very pricey purses along with Tumi luggage.

While the latter items can be replaced, Kim is outraged that her sunglasses are missing.

She tweeted following the incident, writing "Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage and taking some special items of mine. Some things are sentimental and not replaceable"

Kardashian is now demanding that BA review their surveillance footage to catch the criminals. 

If they do not respond to these demands, Kim is planning on taking the case to the cops.
