Black River IS one of the finest rock bands in existence, period!  Black River envelope the greatness of AC/DC's "Black In Black", Danzig nastiness, Lynyrd Skynyrd's southern groove while tipping the attitude, and flowing like the Beatsteaks and Sammy Hagar, Michale Graves... Fantastic spoilage from the rock side up and down.

Black River is a collaboration of various members from Behemoth, Neolithic, Rootwater, and Dimmu Borgir.  To the contrary, these gems sound like a solid band together ready to leave their unique imprint on rock and metal.  What transpires is the acculumation of talent welath of each member into a consolidated hard rock barbeque sauce that's sure to stick to your ribs.

I said it before, and now I put it in writing Black'N'Roll is equally as great as "Back In Black".  This disc is full of raw angst riveting you against the back seat of a v12 firing hot.  

Taff on vocasls could not be better choice of emotion and punk-itude - he's got a bluesy feel like Apollo Papathanasio/Firewind.  Daray on drums lead us to believe that Bonham is seen today as Elvis is still sighted, the right kicks and the right fits.  Orion's headstrong bass is definitely heard and well mixed into each track.  He's the real deal.  Kay and Art dive deep into the well of classic hard rock and metal foundries like Rainbow, Malmsteen, Dio and Corrosion of Conformity.

Be mindful the audience is 18+, amongst the outstanding tracks:  Barf Bag, Isabel, Lucky In Hell, Black'N'Roll, Breaking The Wall, Loaded Weapon and Morphine.
