A 52-year old woman, going by Jane Doe is suing Johnny Depp. Jane says she was trying to get to her VIP seat at the Iggy Pop concert when Depp's bodyguards attacked her. She says they stole her cell phone and put her in handcuffs.

Dan Harmon, the creator of the show Community, is receiving tons of backlash for starting a chant against Chevy Chase at a wrap party. Chevy was so pissed after the party that he left Dan a nasty voicemail. In the message he called him a bad writer, stink-o, and a fat **** who will die soon.
Apparently Dan started the chant because Chevy asked for a re-write on a scene in the show. According to TMZ, when the re-write was denied, Chevy "respectfully declined." Photos have recently surfaced of Donald Trump Junior posing with his brother in front of the dead bodies of various exotic animals. One of the photos shows off a severed elephant tail. The pictures are allegedly from a hunting trip in Africa the siblings took last year. Trump Junior has been receiving tons of backlash from animal rights activists.

Paula Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers are being sued for harrassment. A woman named Lisa Jackon who was general manager of Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster House, says she was harrassed by Paula's brother. Bubba is part-owner of the restaurant with Paula. Lisa Jackson said he brought "inescapable" to work and visited websites on the kitchen computers.

Other claims from the lawsuit say that Bubba once kissed Lisa's face and spit on her. He also said that men should sleep with women who have flat heads "because you can sit your beer on top of her head while she is giving you a..." These are just a few of Lisa's allegations. She says she was forced to quit due to "intolerable work conditions." Bubba is here to explain himself.

Tila Tequila was rushed to the hospital last Wednesday. Her roommate called 911 and ambulances arrived at the house at 1:30am. Her roommate told police that Tila "tried to kill herself all week." Sources tell TMZ that she was in and out of conscious while the police were at her house. Officials took her to the hospital but she was released the next morning.

On Monday night, the police were called... this time her manager thought something was wrong. Police showed up at Tila's house but she refused to open the door for them. The reality star explaineds that she was unable to answer the door because she was in a wheelchair. According to TMZ, Ms. Tequila is currently resting.

Mark Ballas, Dancing With the Stars pro, says he is totally against the hit show Dance Moms. TMZ asked Mark about the show and he went on to say that the show's teacher, Abby Lee Miller, is taking the wrong approach with her training. He said "I've been trained by the best and all the people I roll with... these are the best in the world, period. No one gets trained like that."
When TMZ asked him if he thought the kids on the show needed to take that to be the best he Mark replied "I just don't think it's the correct way to teach somebody ... Those kids are 6 years old. They're learning. They're babies ... They need to be treated the correct way." He added that Abby Lee Miller doesn't even dance. We wonder what Abby would have to say to Mark about that?

A few days ago, news came out that Chris Brown snatched an iPhone out of a fan's hand when she was taking pictures of him outside of a Miami nightclub. As he did it, he yelled "*****, you ain't gonna put that on no website."
It looks like Chris isn't getting out of this so easily. He may face up to 5 years in prison for robbery charges, unless his lawyers pull a miracle. What could his lawyer possibly argue in court?

Hugh Hefner's son, Marston, was arrested on Sunday night. He allegedly attacked his girlfriend, Clair Sinclai, who happens to be the 2011 Playmate of the year. Sources say Hefner punched and kicked Sinclair which left her red and brusied. She called her family, who then called the cops.
Hefner was released on a 20 thousand dollar bail just a few hours later. He denies the attack. The two have had an on and off relationship since August of 2010. Claire Sinclair was named Playmate of the Year at only 19. I wonder what Hugh Hefner thinks of the allegations...

The 69th Annual Golden Globes Awards aired on Sunday and Ricky
Gervais hosted for the second year in a row. His hosting wasn't
popular last year, and this year wasn't much different. He took a
couple stabs at various celebrities. One of them being the most talked
about celebrity of the year-- Kim Kardashian.
He compared Kim to Kate Middleton--saying that Kim was a louder,
trashier, drunker and more easily bought version of the dutchess. He
also said that he has sat through James Cameron acceptance speeches
that were longer than her marriage. Kim says she "gets the joke" and
thought Ricky's jokes about her were funny.

Rickey Gervais also caused a lot of controversy when he outed Jodie
Foster later on in the night. As he was reading a list of topics that
he was not supposed to talk about he said:
"And I mustn't mention Mel Gibson this year. Not his private life,
his politics, his recent films or especially not Jodie Foster's
Beaver," "I haven't seen it myself, I've spoken to a lot of guys --
they haven't seen it either but that doesn't mean it's not good."

Alec Baldwin was kicked off an American Airlines plane on Monday
afternoon. Baldwin was just minding his own business, playing Words
with Friends while the plane was still at the gate. But the flight

Steven Tyler reportedly knocked out several teeth during a fall in his hotel shower on Tuesday night. He was shceduled to perform with Aerosmith in Paraguay but unfortunately the concert had to be rescheduled for the next day because Tyler was rushed to the hospital.

Everyone has been anxiously awaiting the announcement of Amy Winehouse's cause of death. Well, turns out she died from drinking too much alcohol. Coroner Suzanne Greenaway is calling it "death by misadventure" aka... Winehouse drank way too much and disregarded the consequences.

Blood and urine samples show that the singer drank so much that she was 4.5 times over the legal drunk driving limit. Thank God she didn't get in a car because she could have hurt her self!

Lindsay Lohan's judge Stephanie Sautner, has ordered her to work at the LA County morgue in place of her current community service job at the Red Cross. Apparently Judge Sautner is pissed because Lindsay did not complete the 360 hours she was ordered to perform at the Women's Center. Lindsay said working there was "not fulfilling" so her probation officer switched her hours to work at the Red Cross... without permission from any judge.

As punishment, she is now to be cleaning up dead bodies for 120 hours at the morgue. Well, the Probation Department does not agree with this sentencing because they don't think Lindsay has violated her probation. But of course, prosecutors think she deserves to be locked up for this. Wonder what'd it be like to watch Lindsay to mop up blood and guts...

Michael Jackson's 13-year old daughter Paris Jackson is being recruited by the Lingerie Football League. The LFL learned that Paris recently joined her school's all-boy football team, so they sent a letter to Michael Jackson's estate in hopes that she would be a spokesperson for their "youth program".

The letter also stated that they would like her to start training for a future career in the LFL when she turns 18. This group claims they are beginning youth clinics in order to quote "introduce the game of football to young ladies at an early stage of life" and "provide them the same opportunity alongside their male-counterparts." Beyonce Fakes Pregnancy

Ex- WWE star, Tyson Tomko was arrested on Monday for allegedly robbing a CVS pharmacy of 210 Oxycodone tablets AND for shooting up the stolen goods in a Chili's restaurant. Apparently, Tyson threatened to attack the pharmacist if he did not give him several bottles of the pills. Soon after, he went to a local Chili's where he asked the waitress for a "deep spoon." He then took the spoon to the bathroom and shot up for 30-40 minutes.

According to TMZ, once the cops arrived they found the wrestler with "needle marks and blood running down his arm" and had just flushed something down the toilet. Tomko was quickly taken into custody where he admitted to robbing the CVS. He told cops that he injected 178 pills when crushed up and melted down but he claims he never threatened the pharmacist. Before going to jail, he was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. He is currently locked up and bail is set for 7,500 dollars. (segway into skit)

Chris Brown and Bow Wow were seen partying at the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami last Wednesday. The club is considered the largest strip club on the planet so it only makes sense that the long time friends decided to throw a party here... and drop 5,000 dollars each on strippers!

According the TMZ, at least three strippers left that night with 5 grand each in tips. If that wasn't enough, they hired a celebrity baker to create a 2-story cake decked out in Swarovski crystals. Wow, those strippers were living large that night... joke

Legendary rock band KISS has been banned from the upcoming Micahel Jackson tribute concert. The band will no longer be performing at the event due to this statement made by Gene Simmons last year: "There is no question in my mind he molested those kids. Not a doubt."

The promoters of the tribute concert told TMZ "Under the circumstances we fully agree that even though KISS is a band Michael admired we have no choice but to rescind our invitation to them to appear in our tribute concert."

Anne Hathaway went on Late Night with Conan O'Brien on Monday night to promote the upcoming film "The Dark Knight Rises" that she will be starring in. Conan asked her how she felt about papparazzi on the set of the movie and she proceeded to explain herself... with a rap.

So, Kat Von D got a tattoo of fiance Jesse James' face on her ribcage. Apparently, it was taken from a school portrait of Jesse's back in his younger days. She surprised him with the new tat in a scene taped for the season premiere of LA Ink, and then said the she was nervous about it because "I thought you were gonna tell me you were breaking up with me." Irony of ironies, as it turns out, the two of them have indeed now announced that they've broken off their engagement.

Zach Braff Admits He Is Heterosexual

Zach Braff has finally come out, avowing that he is a heterosexual. Although he says that he loves musical theatre, brunch and Doogie Howser, the Scrubs star claims "I'm still straight and in love with my girlfriend."

If this seems like an odd thing to admit, take into account that another sort of "coming out" statement was on the front page of his website Wednesday morning. Here's how it went.

"To all my loyal fans, I have been hiding this secret inside me for too long...The human mind can only bare so much before it explodes in emotions, and well...it is time I let the world know. I am excited and proud to announce that I am an open member of the homosexual community"

The statement went on to say "I am still Zach Braff, and I am the same man I've always been, gay or not."

As it turns out, that last part of the statement is true enough, but Braff didn't write any it. The entire "update" was apparently the work of hackers who broke onto a site that Braff hadn't been using since 2006.

Braff's fashion model girlfriend, Taylor Bagley, must be relieved to learn that the two can still enjoy a nice brunch together. She had no comment on the possibility of a Doogie Howser marathon.

Michele and Marcus Bachmann, Fun Couple

Homosexuals are barbarians who need to be educated and disciplined, according to Marcus Bachmann, husband of Republican Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann of Minnesota. At least that's what Blogger Ken Avidor says. He has posted a nearly five-minute segment of a radio interview in which Bachmann also says "we have a responsibility as parents and as authority figures not to encourage such thoughts and feelings from moving into the action steps." Mr. Bachmann claims that the recording was edited to distort what he said.

Well, what does Mrs. Bachmann think? Those "involved in the gay and lesbian lifestyle" are stuck in "personal bondage, personal despair and personal enslavement" according to the Congresswoman, and nearly all of them have been abused at some point in their lives. She said that, aloud, in public, in a 2004 campaign speech.

Discipline, bondage and enslavement are interesting choices of words, don't you think?

The couple have come under scrutiny for the activities of Bachmann & Associates, their Christian counseling clinic. It's been alleged that the clinic seeks to convert patients from gay to straight - a practice that is condemned by the American Psychiatric Association. A counselor there was recently secretly recorded telling a patient "God designed our eyes to be attracted to the woman's body, to be attracted to everything, to be attracted to her breasts." No word on whether or not the patient was male or female.

Now there are a lot of rumors floating around out there that Mr. Bachmann, himself, may be secretly gay.

Regardless, with all that bondage and discipline, and their eyes all over a woman's body, we're guessing that it's fun to have the Bachmanns over for bible study.

One of the shining moments in recent memory in the British Parliament would have to be the testimony of Rupert Murdoch and his son, James, concerning the hacking scandal at their News of the World tabloid. It wasn't the questions posed by the honorable gentlemen and gentlewomen. It wasn't the dodging of those questions by the Murdoch boys. It was the pie.

Okay, it wasn't a pie, it was a tin plate full of shaving cream. And it wasn't even so much that some guy had the nerve to try to plant it on the elder Murdoch's face. It was Wendi Deng Murdoch's show-stealing slapshot when she lept to her husband's defense. At 42, she packs a wallop, and let's just say that in comparison to her 80-year-old husband, she's kind of hot too. We'd be surprised to learn that they taught how to fend off shaving-cream-wielding assailants at Yale, where Mrs. Murdoch attended business school. Maybe she learned it back home as a kid.

Coheed and Cambria Bassist Arrested for Robbery

Coheed and Cambria's bass player, Michael Todd, was arrested Sunday afternoon at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts just hours before the band was set to open for Soundgarden. According to police in nearby Attleboro, Todd made off with six bottles of pain pills from a Walgreens pharmacy after threatening to detonate a bomb in the store.

When police arrived at the Walgreens in response to a robbery report, they were told that a man had used a note on his cell phone to make the threat and that he demanded OxyContin. A witness told them that the man had gotten into a cab outside the store, and that led them to the venue where Todd was found to be in possession of the pills. He was arrested and charged with armed robbery and possession of a Class B controlled substance. He's currently being held on $10,000 bail.

Coheed and Cambria is bringing in Wes Styles to finish out the tour on bass, and no shows will be cancelled as a result of Todd's arrest. In their statement, the band said "We are surprised to say the least and will address the situation with Michael after the tour. For now, we just want to have a great time out here and finish with some killer shows in Boston, Poughkeepsie, Quebec City and Halifax."

The band's 5th studio album, Year of the Black Rainbow, was released in April of 2010.

Todd, who is 30 years old, has had problems related to drugs in the past. He had to leave the band's 2006 tour to treat a heroin addiction. Apparently they don't stock H at Walgreens.

Let's be fair. Maybe Mic needed the OxyContin to numb the pain of sharing the stage with Claudio Sanchez' theremin.

That's just what Halle Berry did last Saturday, and the second time around the police came in force, with three squad cars and a police helicopter to scour the grounds. Unfortunately, the intruder is still at large. We're hoping, for Halle's sake, that it's just a paparazzo - though even that is bad enough. Nancy Grace and Casey Anthony: The Endless Saga

If it weren't for Nancy Grace's constant haranguing on HLN and elsewhere about the Casey Anthony trial, it might not have become the national obsession and media circus that it did. Even now after the verdict has been passed that found Anthony not guilty of murdering her daughter, Grace just can't seem to let it go. She's also received a lot of criticism for her repeated pronouncements that Casey Anthony was guilty even before closing arguments were completed.

But Grace is not apologetic for her coverage of the trial or for her opinionated declarations. In fact, CNN reports that she has only one regret. "The only thing I would have done differently is put on my hip boots and gone down to Florida and looked for Caylee myself."

We don't know much about the law or the case, but we know hip boots when we see them, and we know when we need them. We'll keep a pair handy for the next time Nancy Grace pops up on the tube.

In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, Billy Ray Cyrus blames the Disney show, Hannah Montana, for destroying his family. Actually, it was Achy Breaky Heart that destroyed your family... and your career.

Billy also blames his divorce to Trish on the show and says he would take it all back in a second. He claims "I'm proud to say to this day I've never made one commissioned dollar or dime off of my daughter." Really Billy? Then who is paying for your hair bleaching sessions every week?

Lindsay Lohan is being charged with felony grand theft auto. I thought that was just a video game...Guess anything is possible when it comes to Lindsay. She stole a 25 hundred dollar necklace from an L.A. jewelry store. If convicted, she could be sent to California State Prison, luckily she's already got lots of friends there... Slumber party!

Lindsay is telling friends ... she's pleading not guilty because... she says, "I honestly feel I did nothing wrong." You were probably on crack when you stole the necklace...and made that statement, so we're sure it seems very right to you.

Lindsay is also being sued for over 40 thousand dollars for tanning services she has not yet paid. Linds, just because you're naturally pale as snow and scary to look at, doesn't mean the tanning salons are giving out freebies. Gingers do have souls! ........ not.
