Sorry it's been over a month since my last episode, but I have been crazy busy between my music career, podcast, and.... my latest crush! Well, its an ongoing crush actually, but whereas before it was just sorta NBA seasonal, now its totally full blown! After a quick catch up with the latest Lovespirals news (btw, after I recorded this, I got an email from Damien.S saying "This Truth" is now #2 in the World Trance Charts - yowza!) I launch into all the juicy details of meeting Sasha Vujacic of the Lakers at the big John Mayer On His Own concert (with Adele opening with a great little acoustic ensemble) and how I haven't been able to sleep since. OK, maybe that's a bit of an exagerration, but I am a bit too excited about his team launching an official Sasha Vujacic MySpace and Sasha Vujacic Facebook account today for an old Social Media "expert". Hee hee! Anyway, I hope you enjoy my silly little stories and I promise to get my head back on straight soon. :)

BTW, it turns out that YouTube has TONS of vids of Kenny skating , including a 411 Profile that has 2 old pics of JG from their Vegas days. Ha!

OK, I swear I am not turning Emo on you guys, I'm just being honest here. I have more bad news, but I tried to temper it with good news, as well. I'm all about taking the middle path if at all possible. Some topics covered include my grandparents, participating in a local historic architecture photo project, Auntie Margaret's funeral, Pod 5 Idol, Tibet and tibetaid.org, Anji guesting on the new Chandeen album Teenage Poetry, upcoming Chillcast and Chillcast Video news, my recent health problems, and how seeing Jose Gonzalez live at The Wiltern raised my spirits. The theme song today is a really really old song I made in Acid that I call "So Good." I thought I'd mix it up, why not?

I recorded this the same night I did the Chillcast Video Edition #5 , but it got lost in the shuffle until today. Since CocteauBoy loved my grandma's dress so much, I figured I put the video up so he could hear the story. (Hey baby!) Julien Smith just urged everyone to let it all hang out and tell it like it is, no matter how embarrassing, so here goes nothing! After a bit of light chat about the Chillcast and Unwind, I launch into the tale of my very bad day. I told you once that I'm not always "sweet" and this story about a run-in with my neighbor illustrates my slow burning but explosive fuse. Can you imagine me losing it?

I think this is the first vidcast I did in one take! I resisted the urge to start over from scratch when I realized I said "web cafe" instead of "Internet cafe" and came off as an airhead in general... F/' it, though, right? Let/'s see, I gab excitedly about the creation of my new Word Press blog, my recent conversation with Julien Smith, tea from Tom, annoying Ryan Lum with incessant blabbering about how cool Jules and John Mayer are and um, stuff. Just for the heck of it, I brought my videocamera along totally last-minute on a trip to the beach this weekend. It was kinda windy, so there's not a lot of talking, but it's still kinda fun. You get to hear a whole lot of my "theme song", which is "Hand in Hand" by my band, Lovespirals. Hope you enjoy it!

I guess meeting so many podcasters with so many different podcasting styles really made me think more about why I podcast and how I do it. So, I throw caution to the wind and dare to look unprofessional. Better download it before I change my mind and delete it!
