 tragically in a car accident.

Originally from Western Australia, Lovegrove was rock & roll
 through and through, having performed with Bon Scott in 60's band The Valentines.

 and later introducing Bon to AC/DC,he also managed Cold Chiseland The Divinyls.

Dave Gleeson

At a recent Brewster Brothers show in his home city of Adelaide, old friend and fellow Oz-rock legend, Dave Gleeson from The Screaming Jets joined the Brewsters on stage for an impromptu performance where he belted out classics such as “Take A Long Line”, “No Secrets”, “Marseilles” and “Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again?” Needless to say fans were blown away by Dave’s powerhouse vocals.

Since then, Dave Gleeson (Screaming Jets) has entered the studio to collaborate with Rick Brewster, John Brewster and Chris Bailey from The Angels on a couple of new songs they’d been working on. Gleeson's voice not only suits all the old Angels classics but has reignited a passion for writing new music. Stay tuned for the new tracks, guaranteed to please all die-hard fans

George Kollias Australian Drum Clinic Tour with Dave Haley

As a leader of the extreme metal drumming scene, George Kollias is nothing short of a technically fascinating and slightly comical musician.
 

Born in Korinthos-Greece, Kollias started playing drums at the age of 12 and has been a part of numerous bands since the commencement of his professional career. Quickly building a commendable reputation, Kollias scored perhaps the biggest break of his short career as a drummer when he became a member of American tech-death outfit Nile.

Having developed a strong fan base across the world with Nile, Kollias decided to take his passion for drumming a step further and commenced his first steps as a clinician drummer by joining the Modern Music School in Athens as a drum instructor in the extreme drumming department.

It was his passion for education that brought him to the small and intimate bar at The Basement in Sydney. As fans and avid drummers packed the tiny room, an announcement was made that Kollias would be supported by his best friend Dave Haley from the Tasmanian death metal band Psycroptic.

Recognised by Kollias as his ‘best friend’ rather than a colleague, Haley was superb on only his second ever drum clinic experience. An evident talent and with a huge future ahead of him Haley powered through the most technically demanding songs in the Aussie band’s discography to the delight of a strongly supportive crowd. Providing a few tips and facts about his professional development, Haley is a profound talent in the current Australian metal scene.
