The first time the debt collection agency calld me they were on my side and told me to wait for the attorney general to finish his work and that they could not bug me while that was going on. This lady however has no clue about any of that. But she is willing to sell PayPal down the river by saying that sometimes when they say your covered before a sale it does not actually mean your covered which is contrary to what previous PayPal agents said. I wish I could call PayPal but my calls are blocked.
