    This is a wonderful story. One of those with the quality of Aesop's fables or perhaps a sermon. I was listening to this while site building and it made my day. At first I wanted you to really embarrass that old lady in public, but once I heard the twist ending, I was glad you kept your cool. A few anecdotes like this compiled would make a great book, plus you're ready to do the book on tape bit! -btw, is your wife flipping her off?! HAhah. Awesome.
