As a 27year producer it was time to put my future in my own hands. “Literally”. As a producer and musician if you control you hand you have no chance. As a Bay Area native I began my musical escapade at the tender age of 4 years old in my father’s church. After mastering the Drums, Piano and Organ I it was time to pursue my musical dream and compose hits. Teaming up with my two brothers Kevin (Bass & Keys) and Ken (Drums) we formed the unparallel team of KDB. All of my beats are composed of live instrument and sounds. But don’t get it twisted, because I can sample with the best of them if requested. My musically portfolio contains eclectic composition ranging from Gospel, Hip Hop, R&B and Rock to Raggetone, Jazz and Pop. In my 5th season as a produce I’m currently working on the solo project of the angelic artist “Danielle Chimere”. I spend countless hours studying the industry greats J Dilla, Kanye West, Timberland and DJ Quik. The Weakest Beat is truly a blessing in disguise. The success I will have on this show will give me the opportunity that I need to “expose my hand”.
