Although raised in Jamaica, Bishop Noel Jones under an extremely strict Pentecostal traditional system, somehow escaped the limitations of tradition to widen his spiritual parameters to reach people of varied backgrounds and cultures. His ministry uniquely promotes reconciliation and redemption and his anointing to preach and teach from a psychological-theological platform has strengthened and encouraged the faith of people across the globe. Under his leadership, the City of Refuge Church in Gardena (by Los Angeles) has experienced growth from 3,300 to over 10,000 members. Bishop Jones articulates a strong statement that offers the only real choice to the problems of the day- salvation through Jesus Christ.
