DRM, isn't this the same story re-packaged. When tapes, like 8-track and cassettes came out, there was that same cry foul by the RIAA. Remember how they wanted to add a fee to each blank tape? My how things never changed. And look how the cassette tape brought them to their knees. Not.

regarding SMS receiving abroad: most operators in Europe offer FREE receving of SMS messages abroad (example: with my German SIM card in UK I receive SMS completely 100% for free) - I have several SIM cards too and I know exactly. However in USA and in some exotic countries receving SMS messages abroad may be not-free.

Adam, a biz offer 4 U: I (or my friends) will do for you program for windows mobile that will do all that stuff for trinity you want: capturing images, capturing location through GPS, sending images with location, (what else?) ... and in return you will just mention for 4 months URL to certain website. OK? A deal?
