This week, on The Strip: The legendary Stardust Hotel-Casino closed its doors for good on Wednesday, but before it did Steve spoke to Boyd Gaming CEO Bill Boyd about that, about the $4 billion Echelon Place planned to replace it and about the feuding between his billionaire neighbors, Sheldon Adelson and Steve Wynn. Plus, longtime Stardust musician Mickey Jones amusingly babbles about the loss of the property.

Also, UNLV Gaming Studies Research Center director Dave Schwartz answers last week's trivia question and discusses his latest book, Roll The Bones: The History of Gambling.

Earlier in the program, Steve and Miles discuss that funk at the Venetian, the weird thing with Prince at the Rio, the AAA five-diamond award-winners in Vegas and plans are revealed for the Tropicana and it does NOT include implosion. Who'da thunk?

Plus, listener feedback, a new Southwest Deal of the Week and, as always, the Top Secret Tourist Tip of the Week.
