Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino signed an endorsement deal with protein-infused vodka company Devotion Spirits back in 2010.
But the in the two years since the partnership was made official, Sorrentino claims Devotion has made every effort to cut him out.
The reality star bought an eight percent stake in the company, with Devotion set to add two percent after one year.
But they failed to provide either the two percent or the 400,000 dollar buy-back Sorrentino was promised.
