Just when it was hotting up to be the celebrity divorce and custody battle of the century, the Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise divorce saga was over just 11 days after it began with a settlement with Katie believed to have sole custody of six-year-old Suri.
 
The pair have remained quiet as to what exactly the resolution involves, although reports claim that Katie pushed to include an ironclad clause which banned Suri from ever having anything else to do with Scientology.
 
According to reports, under the new agreement, Suri will have to be chaperoned by a member of Katies staff when visiting Tom.  
 
reports say that Katie has allegedly returned to her Catholic roots, joining the congregation of the Church of St Francis Xavier in Manhattan, it seems shes putting her life with Tom well and truly behind her.
