Nick Cannon is quitting radio.

The America's Got Talent host has decided to put parts of his career on hold while he tries to get his health back on track.

Cannon tweeted this Friday morning, saying "The doctors found blood clots in my lungs and said if I don't slow down and stop working so hard then its a wrap!"

The doctors also discovered an enlarged ventricle in his heart. Cannon has had increasing health problems, as he was hospitalized just a month ago for kidney failure.

While Nick is taking some time off, he still plans to move to New York with America's Got Talent.

For the time being, he plans on kicking it at home with his wifey and the twins. We mean the babies.
