JWoww and Snooki are officially allowed back in Jersey.

A few weeks ago, the mayor of Hoboken prohibited the duo from shooting their new spinoff within the city limits.

So 405 productions has found a new home for the guidettes in Jersey City.

Not only will they be living in a fire house where we're almost guaranteed to see Snooks sliding down a poll with no panties, but the ladies also got the ok from surrounding bars and restaurants where they can shoot their drunken outings.

So the girls will be all set to live their lives for the cameras once again. The only downfall, Hoboken has way more tannings salons.

And up next, in an attempt to flee from her ex, Halle Berry plans to pickup and move to France.

The actress and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, have been in a nasty custody battle for months now, and Halle just threw another wrench into the pile.

She asked the judge for permission to move their daughter Nahla to France, and Aubry says over my dead body.

If the move is approved, Halle's current man, Olivier Martinez would be living with the two.

Gabriele feels that the move is designed to strip him from any contact with his daughter. And we kind of agree.
