Wook's back this week! We take some time to talk about how our classes are going. Chef Wook regales us with tales of taking down a whole hog for one of our classes. We also make our way around the country by going out to San Francisco. It seems someone wants a sandwich shop shut down.  And lastly, we talk about the new trend of roving food wagons and why they are not that prevalant in Chicago.
