Part 1 of Standing Shadows performing live in Studio A at Mevio Studios

LA based alternative-indie-electro band Standing Shadows is on a mission to make an impact on the Indie music scene in 2010. On March 9th, 2010, Standing Shadows will release their debut full-length album “Five Years of Darkness”. This record is the result of an extensive writing process in which Silver and Miltenberger intertwined elements from alternative, indie, progressive and electronica to create a “unique blend of music (which) incorporates 21st century texture with driving guitars, soaring vocals, and female gospel singers.” The Musebox

Standing Shadows is currently performing and booking shows all over the southwest United States in support of the debut record release. The band has teamed up with NYC based PR company The Musebox for marketing and promotions, and Los Angeles based RipTide Music for Film/TV placements. Licensing credits to date include: ‘90210’, ‘Harper’s Island’, ‘The Sheld’, ‘The Cleaner’, ‘Guitar Hero 5’, and more.
