MLY’s SS 2011 collection is a tribute to water. She translated this theme into a bright and lively collection in aqua tones, marine colours, mint and pearl grey, combined with white and anthracite. The WaterWorld dresses, skirts and shirts feature woven and knitted wave, coral and fish shaped patterns, and digital prints of watercolour drawings.

Besides her characteristic, self-developed knit wear, MLY also used materials such as viscose tricot and voile silk, which resulted in her most diverse and breezy summer collection to date.
