After  a sudden guest cancellation (and now that the statute of limitations is up on his benefits), Tom decides to air a previously unreleased episode wherein he and co-host Curt Kuczkowski (a.k.a. DJ Soma) appeal his Gamestop unemployment benefits during a hearing at the Department Of Labor in downtown Buffalo.  Grievances are aired, Gamestop is a no-show and the boys dispel some of the myths in Tom's case file.
