On January 23rd, I spent the day in Concord, CA at the UFC Gym.  Several fighters were there. Jon Fitch was signing autographs in the gym's octagon.  I had a chance to catch up with Fitch in the VIP area and asked him what he thought of the gym, his upcoming rematch with Thiago Alves and why he got in to MMA.
