On January 23rd, I spent the day in Concord, CA at the UFC Gym. Several fighters were there. Brandon Vera was helping demonstrate some of the unique fitness systems available at the UFC Gym. I had a chance to get his impression of the gym and his upcoming bout with Jon Jones.
