Samsung is going thinner and thinner. Their latest HDTV is called the Needle Slim. It's 3mm thick, 40" with a 5,000:1 contrast ratio.

Vuzix wants is trying to make video glasses look cooler with their Wrap 310. It looks more like a pair of sunglasses than other video glasses and cost $250.

If you're looking for a pocket camera with infared night vision and the ability to shoot under water, the DVR 510 from Vivitar is worth a look, and only costs $50.

The guys at Boston Dynamics have built a biped set of robot legs called Petman that can walk 3.2 MPH.

Microsoft has a downloadable version of Windows 7 for netbook users so you don't have to purchase a USB optical drive. You can get it here.
