Don't be fooled by commercials! Their are so many food commercials out there that say that their food has certain benefits or can help prevent certain things. Stop before you believe those commercials and pick up that packaged food and read the ingredients to really see what you will be putting into your bodies.

Although package may say there are 0 grams of sugar, there are hidden artificial sweeteners in the gum like Aspartame and Phenylalanine. This is a particular concern because aspartame contains 50% phenylalanine, 40% aspartic acid and 10% methanol, three well-recognized neurotoxins. Phenylalanine excites the neurons in the brain to the point of cellular death.
