Quinoa is light and tasty with a delicious flavor all on its own. It is not heavy like most other grains. It's rich in protein, which is a great source for those vegetarias and vegans out there.

This is a great alternative to the milk chocolate chips. which alot are made with refined sugars . Once you start baking with these chips you won't be able to tell the difference between the two as it provides the same texture and similar flavor for your chocolate chip cookies or chocolate mousse.
