The USAA Bank announced that they will update their iPhone application to support check deposits from your iPhone. You take a picture of the check and then upload it. 

The Boy Genius Report says that iTunes 9 (to be released in September) will have support for BluRay and social-media applications. 

Jason Calacanis, the CEO of Mahalo, wrote an op-ed newsletter on how Apple is loosing its' charm. You can find the web-version of his news letter here.

Apple is now giving prospective 15 inch MacBookPro buyers an option of an anti-glare matte screen. It will set you back $50. This has been an option on the 17 inch MacBook Pro (and on every model a few years ago!). There is no matte option for the 13 inch MacBook Pro. 

It seems like we get more hints about the Mac Tablet every week! Gizmodo says that it will come in two models, one for education and one for home. Another report by Silicon Scoop says that they will have an OLED screen. 

Snow Leopard is reported to be Gold Master.
