Just by adding a weight and a couple of arm movements, you can transform a regular squat into a full body workout!

Squats are great for your lower body but by adding a weight and then adding arm exercises, you can do more lifting, make it more challenging and maximize your workout time.  Plus you are working your balance at the same time!
