Kids love to help mommy in the kitchen and Jillian is no different. It's important to start children early in the kitchen.  Teaching them how to prepare a meal, by themselves will give them a wonderful sense of accomplishment and pride.

Jillian has been watching Mommy shoot her cooking show (Cooking With Kat) for about a year and has really been wanting to shoot her own cooking show.  For today's show, Jillian will show you how to make one of her favorites.  A Turkey and Cheese Sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • Sandwich bread of your choice
  • Sliced or shaved turkey
  • Cheddar or Colby cheese
  • Mayo

Directions:

  1. Apply Mayo to one side of two pieces of bread.
  2. Cut 3-4 thin slices of cheese and apply to one piece of bread
  3. Place turkey slices on top of cheese
  4. Cover with 2nd piece of bread
