7.how can galactica attack a basestar or heavy raider without nukes.

6.when on the 3 skill check places on the board who does the skill check? the player on the square? a chosen player or every player.

3.does the president have to be in the presidents office to use quorum cards?
4.when a viper moves from a space to an adjecent space that contains a raider for example does he fight or have to wait for next go.
5. can you explain the rules where you can active a viper as many times as you like as i am confused.... if you can use it as many times as you like can it not just keep rollong die untill it destroys every emeny ship?

2. can someone in sickbay use a skill card to help another player even when it is not their go...... eg a player uses a viper to attack a raider....... lee adama is in the sickbay but has a +2 on die roll card (not action). can he use it from the sickbay???? if yes then it seems dumb as he is in sickbay and should be injured therefore shouldn't be able to help.

1. can a skill card without an action on it be used any time during the game..eg it is lees turn and he is going to roll against a heavy raider..........adama has a card enabling +2 on the die roll. can he use it and also does he use it, before or after the roll
