it took me 5 logins just to post a comment which is: why is the only response I get back from Mevio support the following:

Your message is currently being printed out and strapped to the back of one of our well-trained ferrets. The ferret will then quickly and efficiently carry the message to our Mevio ticket router, a gorilla named Abe. Abe will then give your message to the appropriate operator in exchange for a banana and some yogurt snacks.

why do I get what sounds like 3 or four shows playing at once if I try to advance the program slider?

The world is undoubtedly warming up, but the reason for the change of emphasis in calling it "climate change" rather than "global warming" is that the warming is only average, and some parts of the world could end up cooler. For example, London (England) lies further north than most of the population of Canada, but is kept from freezing by warm ocean currents from the Caribbean. A shift in those currents (for example caused by cool water from the melting Greenland ice cap) could result in north-west Europe being much colder.
