    @Aaron T & HDYJ:

Relax! I thought it was pretty interesting that McKinney would say this, I don't believe I ever said she was 'right' or said it was the truth. Its amazing that this is out there regardless.

Now regarding Gardasil, fuck the CDC's propaganda. I have a doctor's analysis coming up on the next DSC. In the meantime, feel free to have the government inject your kids with whatever, that's your free choice.

Totally agree with the commenter on the 5000 people supposedly murdered in Lousiana by the goverment. What a crock of shit, for all the reasons he mentioned.

Come on Adam, I know you're opening up to the conspiracy theories lately, but your Bullshit Meter is completely broken at the minute - aren't you treating any of these stories, as that's what they are - stories, with any skepticism at all? Without Dvorak to keep you in check you're buying into whatever gets dumped onto drop.io without hesitation. Same goes for the whole gardasil deaths thing you bought into, until I posted the report from the CDC in the comments.

As for this DSC, this is the Charlie I know and love. Some music, finally! Just like the FUBAR should be. A welcome return to form after the string of randomness the DSC has been lately. More music please!

Really, Adam? Five thousand people were murdered/executed by the US government and we hear nothing about it except the bizarre uncorroborated allegations by an anonymous mother, cited by Cynthia McKinney, "verified" by more anonymous sources in the Red Cross? Give me a fucking break.

I love your anger and passion most of the time, but this is off the deep end. Those five thousand people all have/had families, who couldn't ALL have also been murdered without anyone noticing. Those family members could talk to other people, including independent reporters, or, barring that, they could get the word out about their disappeared relatives themselves on, what's that thing called? Oh yeah, THE INTERNET! You know, the unedited, truly democratic, free-for-all we're all so fond of?

Dumped in a swamp. Right. Because nobody's going to notice five thousand human bodies being dumped in a swamp "somewhere in Louisiana." Jeezy creezy.

Ahhh, now I can comment...was it always there (hidden down below the content, in which case why have the add comment button at the top?)

It's still annoying that the podcast starts to play as soon as you arrive at the page!

    Anyway...great show...

    What?

No "Live your life with passion..."

Is this a turning point, another re-invention of the DSC, or just being away from home too long?

Great to here "Here is the News", I just listened to the whole album (Time) on the way home...takes me back "...I wish I was back in 1981..."

I wondered, you're searching for protest songs...I'd expect to find them here... www.protestsongs.com...but, still free. Now there's one for someone to snap up with the godaddy codes.

Didn't know this Eddie, will look into Nader's history. Regardless, I liked what he said in the clip listed in the shownotes.

That was the best DSC yet. I really enjoyed the music and the theme of caring and trying to do something. I was born in 1963 so I also understand about scrolling to enter birth year. 78-81 for High School! Yee!! Haa!!

Ralph Nader, the man who is personally responsible for the total and absolute pussification of America.

All day, every day, all across America citizens surrender their freedom when they are detained by police in order to be issued a ticket for riding in a car while not wearing a seat belt.

The national dress code and many other repressive regulations stem directly from the seat belt propaganda Nader was preaching while you, Adam Curry, were wearing diapers.

Once there was a time when men could be found in this country. Imagine telling Ben Franklin what to wear.

Today we get permission from the government for everything. Ingredients used in restaurants as well as what meals can be prepared, eg foie gras, is regulated. Want to have a smoke? Do you know the local tobacco regulations well enough to take that risk? Try walking into a bank with $10,000 cash and do anything with it. They will take it out of your hands and will also report your activity to the government, in some cases the credit may not be applied to your account until the bank gets the OK from the gov.

Nader's greatest achievement is a failure. Watch your local news every day for a couple weeks. You are certain to see stories about fatal car accidents. The majority of people wear seat belts so notice that it is very rare that you hear of a fatal crash in which the deceased was not wearing it. That is because seat belts don't make a difference.

Had Nader been an advocate of safer roads he may have done something positive. Instead his propaganda has programmed Americans to surrender their freedoms to useless laws that allegedly protect them.

In "the land of the free and the home of the brave" a man would not accept a ticket for not complying with the official dress code, but here in the USA, thanks to Ralph Nader, we smile and say "thank you officer".
