I have to second the comment from CSB re:Frenchman in Cupertino; he seems a bit of a light-weight. If you follow his tacit advice, then you would lay in apoplectic stupor for the rest of your days, wondering why everyday life keeps getting more uncomfortable.
It's not really clear why protests that affect the funding of a regime wouldn't help to change the politics of said regime... after all,you're affecting their bottom line. Kim Il-Sung may remain in power while defying everyone, but the Chinese are definately more practical (and successful...). Why else would Hong Kong, for example, have special status within China?! It can't be out of sheer unadulterated kindness... Don't ever change a running system.

yes, EU is not immune but UK is not in euro zone so... you know.
that in-show jingles about DSC are a bit annoying but one can get used to them... although I would prefer that husky female voices telling these in-show jingles than some dubious musik and guys.
Frenchman working for Apple who spoke on this DSC is idiot. Just an example: "the west" was boycotting and embargo-ing east european countries although they were occupied by soviets despite like being in 99% catholic. etc. etc.
everybody should draw his/her own conclusions but talking about such serious things as "stupid" is pure idiotism.
