Hum... this show hasn't shown up in iTunes for me yet. I did get that "wonderful" special announcement.
Also, I screwed up my demographic survey... I am the recent 50 year old Computer Scientist. I am white, not black. I don't mind being listed as black, but it is inaccurate. Sorry for goofballness...

CSB, Saw the comment you posted earlier regarding DSC 739, HD video and how Podshow handles it. I'd be more than happy to invite you onto my podcast for a discussion on the finer points of rendering HD for web-based distribution. My bandwidth is often limited from the truck, but if nothing else I should be home around April 3rd or 4th. I think we could have a very interesting discussion about video. Email me directly at tomwiles@gmail.com and I'm on Twitter as TruckerTom.

Adam, see my email entitled "aviation"!
regarding this episode: hm, I have HD video camera and I used it only for 640x480 video recording, so maybe I should make some HD video channel and upload to podshow? Hm, I must check it out... but I wonder: is podshow transcoding like if I upload in MPEG4 then will this show be transcoded and available also in WMV video format? Maybe trucker tom could invite me to one of his numerous podcasts and I could ask him about this HD video stuff? Trucker tom are you reading these comments?
regarding DNA databases: remember that they don't hold whole DNA of persons but just markers , i.e. specific sequences for specific parts of DNA. So if DNA consists of 23 chromosomes and each of these chromosomes is like little hard disk with files where each file is gene (a sequence of 4 letters, but in reality of 2 letters because they pair) . So what DNA databases do is just having samples of some files on your hardisk... it is not backup of your whole hard disk.
