**And we send love and happy thoughts to Charles Ruddock my friend and a reporter for Strange But True who has been told he has terminal cancer.

I write this in a state of shock that my good friend Charles is in failing health. For the last month Charles has been fighting off Lukemia Cancer, until a month ago everything was clear and he was very fit and healthy. This week doctors told him his cancer was terminal and he had only months to live. He is 30, loves life to the full, he has travelled to places of the world I could only dream of visiting. I have spent Saturday trying to come to terms that he may no longer be with us on this side of life, he is very brave and I hope he doesnt suffer, I would love a miracle to happen and that he gets better. Although he has only appeared on the show a couple of times, I would very much like listeners of the show to send him some warm, loving emails I can read out to him when I next visit.
