Rob Usdin (of the Jersey Jamcast) and I were recently discussing TiVo. It occurred to me that I could set up a channel here to make it easier to stream shows in the TiVo Podcast Application.
If you use TiVo, you already know how tedious it is to enter Podcast URLs manually with their interface. To avoid the need for repeating this, simply set up a channel on PodShow, enter the channel's RSS feed URL into TiVo Podcaster, and then add shows to the channel here at podshow.com as often as you'd like.
The shows you collect into the channel will automatically show up in your favorites on TiVo Podcaster.
It would be nice if TiVo's online programming interface allowed you to enter the data there, but until that day comes, a PodShow Channel provides a beautiful workaround.
