it's finally here! my favorite time of the school year, spirit week/homecoming.
after a very long and grueling spirit week, decorating hallways, painting backdrops, putting together skirts for the float, recording the skit to lip synch to, the class of 2008 is in 2nd place for the spirit stick, just 6 points behind the seniors.
i can almost taste the victoriousness that is the spirit stick.

ive been debating on whether i should come back to podshow. ive really been missing the neat podshow interface, and the quick distribution. would it really be that bad to only use http://nickanddanielle.podshow.com

as the one and only site for the show?

i really can't believe how much shit PodShow is getting for launching the PDN- how it's worse than MySpace, it rips podcasters off, it stole feeds from Podcasts. Jesus Christ, i think what they are doing is awesome for podcasters. This is coming from someone who has moved over both of his podcasts to PodShow+ so i could save a little money.

The ONLY ad in my podcast just says- "You can find this Podcast On The PodShow PDN, brought to you by PodShow and LimeLight Networks" and, frankly, i feel that it's only fair for them to do that. They are hosting my podcasts, COMPLETELY free of charge, Odeo and The Podcast Network do the EXACT SAME THING!

Something makes me think that the podcasters, like Todd Cochrane, who bash PodShow are the ones who either diddnt get invited to be a PodSquad Podcaster or like Todd Cochrane's case, are also running a podcast network to produce and distribute podcasts. It makes me think that he's really afraid of whats going to happen once people start joining PodShow and not BluBrry..

Whatever, this is such a childish conflict, I'm over it.

I'm totally loving this PodShow+ and The PodShow PDN! They weren't exagerating at all when the beta testers said it was amazing. I've been waiting for this since September, when they announced that they were gonna launch soon. Now it's July 2006 and I've lauched my first PodShow podcast- The Nick and Dana Show! It's pretty amazing how fast the PodShow servers are, Show 0 was close to 40 minutes, and it was done downloading in a matter of 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Anyway- I'm working on the show site right now.


Episode 1-The Second First Show should be up by Wednesday Night.
